Recent Recommendations
Prior to my beginning classes (which explains why there's been such a delay in my posting), I had time to read for leisure, and even watch movies! I don't care too much about the no longer having movies part. I have always needed to be in the right mood to watch one. If I know there are things that need doing, I do them. I just can't justify sitting in front of the TV for 2 or so hours. Yet I have no problem justifying reading...so it goes.
Here are my two latest recommendations:
1. Soundtrack for a Revolution (Documentary)
My dad offered to pay me to watch this. I knew that it would either be extremely good or extremely boring, which is why he would offer such a thing. Well, the verdict is, it is extremely good. If you are at all interested in the civil rights movement and you like music, you'll love this.
2. My Name is Asher Lev (Book)
This is one of my favorite professor's favorite books, so I had to give it a try. There are several things that I like about this book but the main thing I pondered on was moral dilemmas and reasons behind decisions we make. It's excellent.

True Blue Through and Through
I have a bruise on my thigh in the shape of a Y.
So now I bleed blue and white and bruise Y's. It's like the next level of true cougardom.

Go BYU.
Just Don't Dance
Today I was playing "Just Dance" and the smoke detector went off. I have 3 theories for this:
1. My dance moves are just wayyy too hott.
2. My dance moves are atrocious so the detector went off as a plea for me to stop before I hurt myself.
3. I need to shower.

I'm Baaaaack!!!
Here we go blogging again!
So I've been gone for a year and a half (though it does not feel like it) doing the most rewarding thing in my life thus far and now I am back. By popular demand (3 people) I will blog again.
Allow me to reintroduce myself:
My name is Bonnie. I'll answer to anything polite though.
I am a total weirdo (hopefully this is synonymous with fun).
I love to read.
I love to run, but have only gone twice since I've been home (sadly, my bee's knees are breaking down).
I enjoy making people laugh. I enjoy people making me laugh.
I think life is grand.
So as for everything else, you'll probably just learn more as you read.
Or you can dabble into my past posts. But then you'll just realize how much statement #2 about myself is true.
I'm ok with that.

Highlights from Rochester
Once upon a time, a young lass by the name of Schmonnie went to visit her sister, another young lass, by the name of Bangel (pronounced "bagel," but very nasally, much like portuguese).
This visit was a fabulous visit, where much fun was had.
Some highlights:

Some highlights:
Buying peanuts for the poor, hungry security guard at the airport
I must seem trustworthy...
Seeing Bangel
Seeing Bangel flip out when Schmonnie threw a stuffed squirrel at her (please be kind to animals)
...how I wish I had a picture....
Schmonnie got stuck in a beaver suit
They were H20 Heroes...and probably still are, but just can't reveal their dual identities so act "retired." (Yeah, right)
Sitting in a very hot car in the middle of a rain storm
Beating the other passengers on the plane on the in-flight trivia.
Might I add that I am a record holder...
Finding a street that rhymes with my name
Sitting on a plane while my brother complains he needs to vomit
What a joyous moment for he, me and the passenger who wishes she did not have the seat next to us
